This book is a combination of publications from the first part of the 20th century which still provide wonderful patterns and ideas today. The book includes written instructions, sketches, and black and white photos for dozens of pieces, as well as explaining a bit of the history and the materials needed to create these beautiful pieces of lace. The first half of the book is a portion of Teneriffe Lace Designs by Earl & Co. (1904), written in English, and the second half of the book is a portion of Thesa by Hofman Handicraft (1920), written in German. 90 pages
